FAQs

We're here to help! Find answers to frequently asked questions below.

  • How early should I arrive to my first class?

To provide the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in, get settled, and prepare for your session.

  • What happens if I arrive late to class?

We offer a 5-minute grace period for all classes. After 5 minutes, our studio doors are closed to protect the safety of our guests and preserve the uninterrupted experience for everyone in class.

If you arrive after the grace period, our Concierge Team will be happy to help you reschedule for another class or a future date, based on availability.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class to settle in, prepare for your session, and begin your Soleil experience feeling relaxed and ready to move.

  • How should I prepare for class?

Hydrate prior to class and eat a light snack.  Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Grip socks or barefoot are required for BODY 55 and Soleil Flow 55.  Cycling shoes are available to rent for our cycle classes, or you're welcome to bring your own SPD- or Delta-compatible shoes.

Most importantly, come with an open mind. Whether it's your first class or your hundredth, our instructors are here to guide, encourage, and support you every step of the way.

  • What is the age requirement for Little Sunshines?

Little Sunshines welcomes children ages 6 months to 10 years.

To provide a safe, engaging, and attentive experience for every child, all childcare visits must be reserved in advance through the Soleil app and are limited to a maximum of 2 hours per visit. Our caring team is dedicated to creating a fun, nurturing environment so you can enjoy your class or recovery session with complete peace of mind.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. To ensure every guest has the opportunity to enjoy our classes, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before your scheduled class.

Reservations canceled less than 12 hours before class will incur a $15 late cancellation fee. Guests who do not attend their reserved class without canceling will be charged the full drop-in rate of $29.

Membership cancellations require 30 days' written notice and must be submitted by email to concierge@soleilcyclebody.com. Your request must be received at least 30 days before your next billing date. Memberships include a 2-month minimum commitment before they are eligible for cancellation. Unless your membership agreement states otherwise.

These policies help us provide a seamless experience, accommodate waitlisted guests, and ensure every reserved spot is available for those ready to move with us.
